what can i say other than great service i spotted they had a bass ive been eyeing up for ages in stock on the site so i took a drive over to machine head for a test run walked out 30 minutes with the bass in tow (ibanez atk 305) and a free gig bag great price too
unfortunatly the bass devolped a fault with the jack plug but after calling ahead i drove over they fixed it there and then
fantastic range of basses and guitars in stock good prices and great after sales |

After initially e-mailing Machinehead, re. shipping costs to Ireland, I phoned them and placed my order; I was asked what gauge I would like my guitar set-up for, and which available colour I would prefer. I then received a call saying that my prefered colour had a slight 'ding' near the jack socket,"Would you be happy with your original order, or would you like a "pristine" example in another colour? " Well, I went for the later, and got a great guitar, properly set-up, that plays like a dream for the best price I could find. Notwithstanding this, where and when would you get customer service like this?? No other place I know and not very often! |

After inquiring about an Ibanez PGM301, Machine Head rung up their ibanez dealer and had one in the store for me within a week! They price matched the best price i could find on the internet of £769. The guitar had been given a professional setup and came with free strings and a lead. I recently had the original dimarzio pickups reinstalled after replacing them with bareknuckles. I took the guitar in on Thursday EVENING and received an e-mail on Saturday MORNING to say it was ready for collection.
All in all, exceptional customer service which most definitely warrants my custom in the future. |

I finally paid for all of my Razorback yesterday (monday). It arrived at my house, with the same setup i asked for at around 8:20 this morning (tuesday). This shop is unbelievable, i've been looking for this guitar everywhere (there are limited numbers, 48 i think) for just over a year now, and couldn't be happier with the service, or the mind-blowingly fast delivery!!
